Pneumatic Fender for Dock

1. General introduction

ISO 17357 Ship to Ship Dock Fenders Bunkering Yokohama Pneumatic Ship Fenders for marine application in the world. It is made of synthetic-cord-reinforced rubber sheet with compressed air inside to enable it to float on the sea surface and work as a shock absorber when ship to ship transfer operation and ship to dock berthing and mooring operations.

Construction of Ship to Ship Dock Fenders Bunkering Yokohama Pneumatic Ship Fenders

1. Constructed of inner rubber layer, out rubber layer, and synthetic-tire-cord layer. 
2. Thickness of fender wall is over 18mm.
3. Synthetic-tire-cord layer for reinforcement

Note: 1. Guaranteed energy absorption (GEA) is the Minimum value at deflection 60±5%.
2. Reaction force is the valve at GEA. Tolerance is ± 10%
3. Hull pressure (internal pressure) at GEA deflection.
