The series of four blades trowel machines adopts the direct-coupling worm wheel speed reducer to transmit the power, with the character of greater deceleration ratio, high efficiency and compact structure. The operation of the machines is that the electric motor or gasoline engine transmits the power to the worm gear box to rotate the blades and achieve the troweling. The worm gear drive has the advantages of large transmission torque distance and being durable, steady, even rotary speed. The greatest excellence of the machine is to achieve two functions, coarse or fine troweling, in one machine, by rotating the hand wheel to adjust the angle of the blades to realize them.



 

Packing and Shipping:

The first layer:Wrapped with foam film and stretch film in order to avoid moisture.
Second layer: Inside of plywood box, fixing by small square plywood block and strapping belt.
Third layer: Tightly fixed at the bottom of the plywood box for machine with screw and nut.
Fourth layer: in a container,
Reducing the clearance between boxes to avoid shaking.
 Reinforcing stability between the bottom of the container and plywood boxes by hanging steel
wooden cases are qualified for export fumigation
