Application:
GLM-2106, 200/6, 190/6 Facial Tissue Making Machine : The Machine adapts advanced technology computer programming , variable frequebcy speed regulating , automatic counting and dividing device , and with HMI operation interface , the datas inputted to the controlling system can be disp-layed , and will has the features of high degree automation , reliable and stable operation .The working principle of the maching is folding the raw paper into gemel shape and rectangle tissue by vertically and horizontally slitting roller after embossing and edge-embossing . The machine has the advantages of simple control , high production efficiency , and can load raw paper with 2 shafts or 4 shafts , slitting , edge removing , and folding can be finished at the same time , so the production procedure can be reduced and the production cost can be saved greatly.

1.Paper unwind stand:The paper is unwinder by 2 shafts horizontal style pneumatic wide belt ;with separate tension control device, tension adjustment of paper with different quality will be very easy, and the working intensity of labor scan be greatly reduce.
2.With the function of automatic brake at paper broken , the wastage at no paper or paper broken can beavoided.
3.Embossing and edage-embossing device , the products processed by this device , will have more use , and can fit for different demands of those products with different quality.
4.The products with different which can be folded at the same time ,moreover, with the flexible vertical slitting device , the slitting which width can adjusted randomly in the width range form 100 to 210 mm.
5.Raw paper edge removing devie:with this device, the process of uninter-rupted slitting and edge removing can be run at the same ; the finish papers are ordered in both ends.
6.Horizon tally style 4 shafts paper unwind stand:with this device , 4 shafts of raw paper in single sheet can be loaded, the slitting and rewinding procedure can be reduced,and the production efficinecy can be increased so to cut down the production cost.
7.Web-edge controlling function:be installed on the paper unwinded stand . The function is effected by a sensor to inspect and trance the web edge,which controlled by PLC,then the sensor will transfer the data to the web-edge controlling performer to effect the aim of alignment of different paper webs.
8.Roots vacuum pump adsorption system, make the machine has the feature of large adsorbing amount and stable pressure loading.
