Plug valves
Plug valve is an indispensable important part used to connect high pressure manifold when well cementing and fracturing operation are carried out in oil field. With a compact structure and low torque, it can be maintained easily and opened quickly. So easy to operate that it is the most ideal valve among cementing and fracturing manifolds right now.

Plug valve is mainly composed of valve body, handwheel and plunger piston.

The inlet and outlet of plug valve are connected with 1502 unions (can be customized according to customer demand), valve body and bowl matched to the cylinder, and sealing element is inlaid through the bowl.

Between bowl and plunger piston is cylindrical mental sealing element, and its feature is that fit precision is high and sealing is reliable.

Remarks: Valve can also be opened or closed easily under 10000psi.
