A: Due to the pandemic and the travel restriction of different country, the on filed install service is not available, but we will
provide video and online install support.

A: We will provide a one-year warranty, within warranty maintenance and repair service is available.

A: For after-sales service, we will be provided: Video installation support, commissioning and training, free spare parts, and
online support, video technical support

A: After warranty expired, we will still provide video and online technical support to assist customers. We can also provide
flied service for you, but the salary need to pay for our technicians for each person.

A:Expect for consumables like Ultrasound, blend and scissors. We would provide the free spare parts within the warranty.

A: Generally speaking, there will be no problem after finishing installation. But if you have any problem, you can contact our
sales at any time. Our engineers will give the solution video according description and online support.

A: Logistic for oversea customers, we recommend Cargo and air freight to deliver the product to your destination. Railway to Eurasia is also available.
