Bed, worktable, slide, vertical shaft, main axle box etc, apply high strength cast iron material. Model is of resin sand technology. Stress is removed by secondary time effect treatment. Such large pieces adopt PRO/E, ANSYS optimized design. It increases rigidity and stability of large pieces and overall machine. It effectively estricts the cutting force which leads to deformation and vibration of machine tool.
X, Y. Z axle guide rail pairs go through cast iron quenching. Guide rail and PTFE laminating guide guard form guide rail pairs. It resists wear with small frictional coefficient, smooth movement, high rigidity, low speed, no crawl, high precision, long life.
X, Y Z axle servo motor straightly links with high precision ball screw through elastic coupling. t reduces intermediate sector and fulfills seamless drive with flexible feeding, accurate positioning and high drive accuracy.
