Q: Are you a factory? Where is your factory located?
A:We are 13years factory since 2009, JSY has 4 factories, three are in JiangSu China,the other one is in Thailand. The China factory total with 17 automatic Production lines, and 6 lines in Thailand.
Located: Yangzhou/Taizhou Airport,about 20minutes), Nearest Station(JiangDu Station,about 40minute).
Q: Can I get the sample? How It is cost?
A:Sample is acceptable for us, You have to pay the sample charge and delivery cost, the cost will return to you after placing order.
Q: Can I have my own cover or box package?
A: Yes, If you need pillow with box, We can separate the pillow and box to load more pillows, Box MOQ is 1000 Pieces. 
Q: How you package latex sheet/mattress/pillow?
A: Latex sheet if thickness less than 10cm, we can package in roll or flat. If thickness over 3cm,We suggest flat package.
    Latex mattress can be in roll/vacuum/flat package
Q: What's your ETD and nearest seaport?
A: For container order,1 week ETD time, the nearest port is Shanghai port
