  The normal package is wooden box. The wooden box will be fumigated to export to European countries.
   If container is too higher, we will use PE film for packing or pack it according to customer's special request.

  1. How long is your Warranty?
  A: All our products will have ONE year guarantee and we will continue to offer advice and spare parts after this period. 
  Within ONE year after receiving our machines, under right operation and non-artificial reasons.
If there are any damaged parts or accessories, we will replace them by air-mail or Express immediately FREE OF CHARGE.
  After ONE year warranty, Spare parts and damaged parts will be charged at cost price.
If there is something wrong with the machine, we are responsible to solve this problem soonest, and help customers to restore production as soon as possible.

  2. What is the production time after order confirmation?
  A: Around 5-25 days depend on different kinds of machines.

  3. Does your company handle shipping for customers?
  A: Yes, of course.
  Please let us know your destination port or airport, we will check the shipping cost and arrange shipping for you.

  4. What's the payment term?
  A: T/T, western union etc., 30% deposit after order confirmation, 70% balance will be paid before shipment.

  5. How about machine's Transportation & documents?
  A: Please advise us the nearest port of your city in order to check the latest sea freight for you at first.
  Fast and security shipping company will be chose by our Delivery Department for customers (if we signed contract under CIF term).
  Even All risks Insurance will be covered during the whole transportation.
