This milk cooling system need the following items to work together to achieve good cooling performance for dairy processing. Milk factory cooling of milk at reception before stored at the SILO tanks prior to processing. 

1). Air cooled glycol/water chiller- to cooling water inside the system
2). BPHE--material should be food class S/S 316L detachable plate heat exhanger
3). Water tank S/S with insulations to storage cold water for the whole dairy system
4). Cold water pumps for chiller

2. Adopts stainless steel made insulated water tank and evaporator.
3. Equipped with anti-freeze thermostat.
4. Heavy duty 3-phase pump ensures no blockages and high torque.
5. Refrigerant loop controlled by high and low pressure switches.
6. R22 refrigerant is used as standard and optional R407c, R404A, R410A for efficient cooling.
7. Refrigeration loop controlled by high and low pressure switches.
8. Compressor and pump overload relays. 
9. Adopt imported temperature controller maintains an accuracy of ±0.5ºC.
10. All adopt imported compressors.
11. Compact design,easy to operate and maintain.
12. Low pressure pumps are standard configurations,while middle or high pressure pumps are optionally available.
13. Level meter of water tank is available as an option.
14. Expansion valve for accurate adjustment of refrigerant.
15. Mgreenbelt water-cooled type adopts tube-in-shell condenser design for quick heat transfer and excellent heat radiation.
16. Mgreenbelt air-cooled type adopts fin condenser design without any need of cooling water for excellent heat transfer and rapid cooling.
