Working Principle



The rotating motion of the motor is transformed into a horizontal, vertical and inclined three-dimensional motion by using the heavy hammer (unbalanced weight) installed up and down the motor shaft, and then the motion is transmitted to the screen surface to make the material do an outward involute motion on the screen surface. Hence, it is also called rotary vibrating screen. This series of rotary vibrating screen has advantages of long running track and high utilization rate of screen surface. Adjusting the phase angle of heavy hammers at the upper and lower ends changes the moving track of materials on screen surface for precisely fine screening and probability sieving, and etc.

The minimum sieving can reach 1,000 mesh or 0,002 mesh and the minimum filtering can reach 2 microns.
For the graded screening, it can be from one to five layers of the screens and two to six levels of the sorting or filtering can be carried out at the same time.
