1. PVC PE PP double double wall corrugated pipe production line can be designed according to your required materials,
such as HDPE, PP or (U)PVC.

2. It is consisted of vacuum pellets loader, dryer, single screw extruder, mould, shaping machine and winder(coiler).

3. It could be coiled automatically, and stoped at a specified length. 

4. It could be used to produce the diameter range of pipe 50-120mm. When produce another size, user just need to change the mould blocks. It saved the cost of machine, and space for machine. It could realise the active production for busy or relax season.

5. If you want bigger size of corrugated pipe, we will need a high capacity and more powerful machines.
