The chair size is 450 wide. 520 deep and 460 seat high, 920 high.
The tube size is 20 mm long, 20mm wide 1.0-1.2 thickness millimeter.
The tube color: There are ten color for the tube. ( for example shallow gold, flashing red gold, champagne silver, purple walnut silver, silver, wine red, white, flashing green gold, golden pink and black)
The seat cushion is made of high density mould sponge and comforable.
The advantage of sponge it can feel comfortable and no shape easily.
The backrest can made of metal design.
The thickness of seat cushion is 6~6.5 centimeter, and the backrest cushion is 3 centimeter. Under the seat cushion have two pores it can release the air. It add stud bolt to make it stronger. It use fulled weld (or 3 point weld).
THe tube is finished by spray painting, powder coating is available.
Packing:
20GP, 15pcs/stack(carton ), and the total number is 650pcs.
40GP, 15pcs/stack, and the total number is 1300pcs.
40HQ, 17pcs/stack, and the total number is 1674pcs.
Packaging
1. Bubble bag packing the backrest and chair leg for each pcs firstly, to protect the surface.
2. Stack the chairs in 15-17pcs in one stack.
3. Firmly lashed down with rope.
4. Packing by a big stronger bubble bag and a big stronger plastic bag to avoid the hit in transportation. Stackable design to save space and shipping costs.
