Introduction Of The Glass Bottle IV Infusion Line
The whole Glass Bottle IV Infusion production line is consisted of ultrasonic bottle washer, sterilizer, filling stoppering machine and capping machine. Other machines can also be configured according to customer's needs, such as bottle loading machine, bottle unloading machine, lamp inspection machine, linear labeling machine, heat shrink film packaging machine, sealing machine and other auxiliary units.
The pharmaceutical glass bottle iv solution filling equipment can automatically finish processes like bottle unscrambling, bottle convey, heavy washing the inner and outer surface of bottles, sterilizing, filling, stoppering, cap unscrambling and capping. Auxiliary equipment can complete bottle loading, bottle unloading, light inspection, labeling, packaging, etc.
Main Application
The production line is composed of bottle unscrambler, coarse washing machine, poacher, filling and stoppering machine, capping machine. It can complete bottle arranging, pre-cleaning, washing, nitrogen filling, vacuumize, plug arranging, press plug, cap arranging, capping and other complex functions, realizing automatic production of the whole process. Each machine can be used separately, also made up production line, which is mainly used in production of sterile LV glass bottle infusion, also final sterilization drug.

13. Open-RABS isolation protection system and 100-level air purification laminar flow system are configurable;
14. Can be equipped with high-performance stop filling without bottle, non-stopper without bottle, stop capping without bottle, linkage bottle extrusion stop function;
15. Have the function of full-line linkage control;
16. The capping machine can be equipped with dust exhaust device, which can absorb aluminum scraps produced during capping and reduce environmental risk.
17. The whole line can be equipped with online monitoring system to monitor key
factors that affect product quality (such as dust part, planktonic air dust bacteria, wind speed, wind pressure, etc.).
18. To realize fully automatic control and monitor of production process, high
precision color touch screen operation monitoring, PLC automatic control, automatic protection, host frequency conversion speed regulation and other control technology are be used.
