[Product introduction]

This product is a hydrophilic finishing agent for chemical fiber fabric with special block structure. It is suitable for hydrophilic finishing of polyester and its blended fabric, and can give the fabric a good smooth and fluffy handle.

[Application scope]

1. Hydrophilic hand finishing of polyester and its blended fabrics.

[Usage]

1. Padding method: 10-30 g / L
Impregnation method: 0.5-2.0% o.w.f
Please adjust the specific dosage according to the test.

2. It can be used with our hydrophilic finishing agent 5404 to obtain higher hydrophilicity and super soft handle.
For example: pure polyester knitted fabric

Hydrophilic finishing agent 5404 10g / L
One dipping and one rolling, pre drying at 120-130 ºC, stentering and heat setting at 160-170 ºC.

[Precautions]

1. Please do not expose it in the air for a long time, and cover it in time after use.
2. It does not mean that the product is no longer applicable after the best use date. Performance test should be conducted before use to ensure that the product is no longer applicable.

[Packaging and storage]

50kg or 120kg plastic drum (lined with plastic bags) for packaging;

It should be placed in a cool and ventilated place to prevent exposure to the sun. The storage period is half a year.
