We can offer you some free spare parts of 1% value of order value,for example,if your order value is $50,000 , we can offer you spare parts of $500 value for free,you can choose any spare parts from our list,but generally we advise clients to choose more electric spare parts, because compared to other parts,they have more chances to break down.
We will update and recommend newest products to you to keep you competitive in your market all the time.

*Packing and Shipping
Packing material: PE bag+ foam+ carton, to keep products anti-shock.
Shipping by sea, we can cooperate with your freight forwarder, or we can arrange shipping by our freight forwarder. We can inquire the shipping cost for you when your destination ports is decided.

Q: What's the advantage of electric bike?
A: You can not only ride it as ordinary bike but also choose battery powered mode when you get tired, and you don't need to get a license and pay parking fee.
 
Q: What colors are available?
A: We have many color options, such as black, red, white, yellow, blue, silver, orange and so on. So we can make the colors based on your request.
 
Q: Can you do our logo or brand on the bikes?
A: No problem. If you order 1*20' container, we can do it for free. If you order less than that, we charge $100 for it at first, and you don't need to pay for it anymore in future order, when your orders reach 1*20' container, we can refund this $100 to you.
 
Q: Can I order some samples at first to see the quality?
A: No problem. If your order is less than 10 pcs, we need to charge some extra sample fee, the amount is based on your specific quantity, when your order reach 1*20' container, we can refund you the sample fee.
 
Q: Can you deliver samples by DHL or Fedex?
A: The freight by DHL or Fedex is very expensive because our products contain battery. It usually costs more than the electric bike value. So we suggest you choose sea shipping.
 
Q: Can you change configuration for me?
A: No problem. We can change configuration based on your request.
 
Q: What's your payment term?
A: Payment term is 30% TT in advance, balance against copy of BL.
