TRIS-HCL balanced salt buffer is TBS for short. It's a buffer solution commonly used in biological research. It's a water-based salt solution that contains sodium chloride, Tris and Hcl. TBS buffers have a strong buffer capacity, help maintain a constant pH, are inert to many enzyme reactions, and are a good buffer for biochemical reactions.

The main components of this product are 10 mmol/L Tris, 150 mmol/L NaCl, pH 7.0-7.4@25ºC.

Storage condition:
Stored at room temperature, valid for 24 months.

Usage:
Dilute with double distilled water to 2000mL before use.

Notes:

1. Please use it as soon as possible after dissolution.
2. Please wear lab coat and disposable gloves during operation.
