Product Introduction

The PBS buffer (dry powder) of this product, namely Phosphate Buffered Saline, is the most commonly used phosphate buffered saline. This product has fine powder, dissolves quickly and is convenient to use. After being formulated into a solution, it can be used for washing cells, tissues, etc., or other conventional uses. The main components of this product are 10 mmol/L phosphate, 150 mmol/L NaCl, pH7.2-7.4@25ºC

Storage and transportation

Transported at room temperature, stored in a dry place, valid for 24 months.


Instructions for use

Each bag of PBS buffer (dry powder) is completely dissolved in 2000 mL of water.


Precautions

1. Please use it as soon as possible after dissolution.

2. This product does not contain potassium ions. If a phosphate buffer containing potassium ions is required, G4202 is recommended.

3. Please wear lab coat and disposable gloves during operation.
