I.Application

This machine can directly use film roll to form 4 side seal bags for packing small size grains such as white sugar ,salt ,spice ,desiccant or other very small granules etc. 

From feeding film ,printing date ,tracing color mark ,forming bags ,filling product , sealing bags ,pre cutting ,fabricating batch and cutting bags piece to piece ,the whole works can be finished at one time .

Equipped with advanced PLC control system ,touch screen panel ,digital temperature controller and emergency safety protection E-stop .

The complete machines are made by stainless steel 304 materials .
