Cabinet Impermeable painting process makes Middleford piano more durable after years playing. As time goes by, the painting will penetrate to wood layer slowly, which will cause the piano surface not as smooth as before. To solve this problem, Middleford piano factory adopt impermeable painting tech which keeps our Middleford piano always polish and fresh as new.


Hammer Middleford piano use high-end pure wool hammer makes the sound much more mellow and bright.Original German or Japan hammer which has excellent elasticity and hardness. Imported rosewood with impacting resistance & abrasion resistance.

Keyboard Our keyboard is made of Selected solid spruce wood. Black keys are made of ebony rose wood.According to the international standard ,Whole keyboard was under drying,moistureproof processing,It will be not affected by the temperature changed.
We adopt the weight balance leaded technology that makes the touch experience more perfect. We can also adjust the key weight according to our customers' preference.


String We usually use Japan Suzuki Strings.The surface is covered with nickel plating to antirust.The sound is bright and rich.We also offer German Roslau strings if you prefer soft sound.

Soundboard Middleford piano soundboard is made of top quality spruce which is one year thoroughly dried by professional wooden drying technique.Afterwards, every soundboard passed through a strict test of dryness, humidity and temperature to keep the moisture content 6%-8%, density 0.35-0.4g/cm3. It ensures the flexibility and resonance of the sound board.

Action Middleford pianos are with LUO all wood action.The main spare parts ( including flange, hammer shank, repetition lever) are processed by the equipments which imported from Germany and Japan. The whole production environment is controlled in temperature and humidity. That's why our pianos have high climate- resistant performance. The sound will be stable in different climatic conditions of global countries.Every piano should pass our strict beat-resistant test.The minimum test standards of devastating beat - consecutive beats 500,000.Which make sure Middleford piano has high strike-resistance.

Iron Frame Sand-cast, CNC processed, The plate is made of hard manganese steel.It assures our skeleton of High stability.Every frame should pass tensile test before install.

Pinblock Middleford piano pinblocks are made of 18 cross ply hard maple. The high quality promises that it holds the tuning pin tightly.

 

Tuning Pins Superior steel of high strength and hardness.Latest coating technique is used to anti-rust.Tuning Pins torsion could reach to international standards 180-190N.

Bridge Joint bridges made of A grade hard maple; Finely cut by CNC machines.

Back Frame Middleford Piano back frame with wider column are made of solid spruce. The dimension perfectly matches the skeleton design.

Pedal System Wooden pedal system. smooth without any noise.

Metal Parts Pure copper metal parts, high polish, anti-rust. Golden or silvery for choice.

PACKING & SHIPPING

·In order to avoid shaking during transportation, hammers are tied to the action rail.   Please dismount the strips before you play the piano.

·The piano is covered with water proof plastic bag and thick anti-collision foam.       

·We use standard exporting pallet which is easy for trucking by forklift.

·Shipping marks on four sides of the pallet. Please contact our sales if you need   custom package or shipping marks.

·We only cooperate with top international shipping company and we buy insurance for   every Middleford piano during the delivery.
