Application of Raymond Mill:

The raw material Conditions for the application and output granularity:
1. The materials should have the hardness less than 7 in Moh's scale and humidity less than 6 percent.
2. From a feed ranging in size from approximately 10-40mm (½" to 1½"), the Raymond mill can produce particles ranging from coarse, granular products of approximately 90% minus 80 mesh to as fine as 99.998% minus 325 mesh.

In fact, the yield of the crusher is based on the production of Raymond mill. If you choose a crusher which the yieldis greater than Raymond mill production, it will cause an unnecessary waste of energy. When the machine work, the output material produced by crushers will enter the elevator, and then transport into the warehouse, then send quantitatively into the feed inlet of Raymond mill by the electromagnetic vibrating feeder. If there is too much output produced by the crusher, which will result in an overflow of raw materials warehouse, electromagnetic vibrating feeder feeding less, it will stop work due to overload, resulting in failure.
A crusher is only calculated according to the maximum yield, and yield of Raymond machine
cannot exceed 15%, so that it not only saves energy, but also reduce the cost of investment. The
bigger the crusher is, the higher the price is. Therefore, in the purchase of the crusher, should

the passive situation of big horse pulling a small cart.
