Product introduction:

Fluid medium properties of FZAM pump: 5%~30% solid content black water, temperature≤150ºC, with small content NH3, H2S, CO2, FE. Fluid medium scales easily and is corrosive.

The problems caused by pumping solid contained fluid medium are serious scour and corrosion to flow-through parts and mechanical seal. We have following solutions to this problem:

1. Choose suitable materials for flow-through parts such as pump casing, cover and impeller,both extending the service life of wear resistant components and providing convenience for user's maintenance
2. Apply low-rotation speed pump, improving its scour resistant performance.
3. Take corresponding measures for mechanical seal: add throttle ring at mechanical seal, make the pump operate under a good condition and ensure the long and reliable operation of mechanical seal. It simplifies equipment maintenance process and reduces repair cost, improving equipment operation reliability a lot.

FZAM coal chemical pump is mainly used to pump all kinds of clean or particle contained liquids, neutral or corrosive liquids, normal-temperature or high-temperature liquids. Mainly used in gasification sections of coal chemical engineering, coal liquefaction, coal to hydrogen, coal to methane, coal to olefin, coal to gas, synthetic ammonia, petroleum and petrochemical engineering etc, and transfer of wear-resistant, corrosion coal water slurry medium.
