RNase away, referred to as nuclease and DNA scavenging reagent, is a kind of non-toxic spray reagent which can effectively remove RNase and DNase from the solid surface of experimental instruments, equipment and materials.

This product is safe to use, non-toxic, but slightly corrosive. It is a very safe substitute for DEPC in some applications.

This product has no effect on RNA, and the minimal residue of this product will not significantly affect the downstream RNA related experiments.

Instructions:

1. When using, spray the product on the solid surface directly, and wipe it with clean paper towel after 5 minutes for subsequent experimental operation. For desktop, PCR instrument, centrifuge, pipette and other solid surfaces that need to be cleaned, test tube rack, centrifugal tube rack, electrophoresis tank and other experimental consumables are evenly sprayed, and after about 5 minutes, wipe them with clean paper towel; for gloves and other surfaces, they can be directly used after spraying and soaking, or can be used after wiping dry with clean paper towel.

2. For the centrifugal tube, gun head and other consumables that need to be treated with DEPC, soak the product for 10-30min, drain and remove the residual liquid, and then soak and clean it with water without DNase and RNase (such as DEPC treatment water of PHYGENE, PH0226).

Storage conditions: sealed at room temperature, valid for one year

 Matters needing attention:

1. After each use of the product, the nozzle should be tightened to ensure the airtight storage of the product, so as to avoid long-term contact with the air, so as to avoid affecting the use effect.

2. After using this product to remove nuclease contamination on the surface of experimental equipment, it is still necessary to wear gloves and masks to avoid contamination of the working environment and samples.

3. When this product is used in instruments and equipment, it is only limited to the place where the surface of the instrument and equipment can be wiped and cleaned. It is strictly forbidden to flow into the instrument and equipment, so as to avoid affecting or damaging the normal operation of the instrument and equipment.

4. This product is limited to the scientific research of professionals, and can not be used for clinical diagnosis or treatment, food or medicine, and can not be stored in ordinary residence.
