The overview
This machine is the special equipment to produce no carbon required paper, which can realize no carbon required paper double-sided coating at the same time. Especially suitable for CFB no carbon required paper and colorful paper, with high efficiency, low energy consumption, stable performance, low base paper consumption, high yield, etc.
The technical characteristics
Tension control
Stable tension control is to ensure the normal operation of the equipment, due to the high speed of the machine, the low quantitative base paper, the machine speed chain is from the SIEMENS PLC and module to achieve automatic, closed-loop, digital control, with the rotary encoder, proximity switch and the tension sensor, it can achieve high-precision closed-loop control; tension control accuracy is of 0.5kg or less to reduce the probability of paper breaking during the production process and improve productivity and yield.

Machine configuration
single roll stand unwinder - first air knife coating- oven - calendar and glossy cylinder - the second air knife coating - oven - glossy cylinder - single roll rewinder
3.1 the unwinding part: single roll stand
Unwinding unit consists of stand, pneumatic shaft and tension sensor, tension controller, pneumatic brakes and these also constitutes tension automatic control system.
Rack is equipped with adjustable frame, the position of the base paper can adjusted in coating machine.
Through the PLC, it can get constant tension, automatic control, adjustable tension.
3.2 air knife coater (two sets)
Air knife coater is mainly composed by the eagle beak knife, feeding roll, pressing roll, metering rod, backing roll, air separator, draft fan for separator, high pressure fan and frame etc.
This coating device is characterized by a short distance between the air knife backing roll and the feeding roll, and the coated paper is less water migrated and wrinkled after the metering rod. It has the advantages of compact structure, wide application range, convenience to adjust the coating weight and so on.
Air knife (eagle beak type)
Composed by the up and bottom lip plates, air knife body, air distribution tube. Up and bottom lips made of the 304 stainless steel, though multiple precision processing. The shape of the air knife blade can make high-speed air flow along the breast roll tangent direction, with merit of good quality coating, less spray and so on.
Air knife adjustment
Knife gap can be adjusted between 0.3-1.0mm. The air gap between the knife and the backing roll and angle can be adjusted by adjusting the frame, and air pressure can be adjusted to control the coating weight.
Air knife backing roll
During the coating process, the paper with excess coating color wrapping around the backing roll, and the roll surface becomes the supporting surface for the paper to bear the airflow. The cooperation between the air flow and the air knife is used to meter the coating amount. Air knife backing roller Φ270mmx1400mm, roll body is seamless steel pipe, surface hard chrome plated.
The feeding roll
Φ216mmx1400, the roll made of seamless steel pipe, hard chrome plated treatment, with single drive of three-phase asynchronous motor.
Metering rod
Metering rod device mainly plays the role of the pre-metering of coating amount, by scrap exceed color on the paper to reduce the air knife metering burden, and reduce the color splash. Metering rod diameter Φ50mm, chrome plated ,with drive motor.
Color tray
Paint tray made of stainless steel, there are two trays, feeding roll tray and backing roll tray, respectively for storage and recovery of coating color.
Air separator device
Due to high speed and high wind pressure, in order to prevent the coating splash phenomenon, design the color splash recovery device. The power of the air separating fan is 2.2Kw.
High-pressure fan
Select special series of energy-saving coating fan, fan power 7.5Kw. The fan is characterized by high wind pressure, low noise, wind pressure stable.
The frame
Box-type structure, welded, the coater is separated.
3.3 hot air drying system
CF drying and CB drying, 2 sets of oven box separately, mainly composed by oven box, fans, heat exchanger and air duct etc.
If choose the burners, the air stove is direct-fired type, no heat exchange equipment, the system automatically controls the switch, gas and energy efficiency is high.
Box body
Oven body of welded steel, box is sandwich structures, 50mm cotton insulation in the middle.
Air nozzle
Hot air nozzle is made of aluminum profile,1.2mm thick, even drying on transverse direction.
Air duct
Made of galvanized sheet, angle iron, with an air door for adjusting the oven air velocity, wind pressure.
Hot air fans
Drying system is equipped with high temperature resistant air fans, 4 sets, the motor of hot air fans are 7.5Kw.
3.4 finishing and status adjustment
The finishing and status adjusting part of this machine is composed of CF part and CB part, which are used for finishing of CF and CB separately. Finishing part mainly composed of cylinder, drying felt, tensioner and corrector for felt and other components. The main role is to iron the paper after drying, and further balance of the moisture on both sides of the paper to reduce the possibility of warpage, improve the smoothness of the paper.
Cylinder
Cylinder is Φ1500mmX1400mm, chrome plated. The CF side will be though finishing and calendaring; this part includs a set of cylinder and one Φ420mm soft rubber roll. The CB part includs 2 sets of hot cylinders and 2 sets of cooling cylinders. Cylinders with bearings, siphon pipe, rotary joint and gear etc. Drying felt
The role of drying felt is to press paper on the surface of the cylinder, to improve the finishing effect, composed of up felt and bottom felt.
Tensioning device of the felt
The main role is to give a certain pre-tensioning to the felt, to prevent deformation of drying felt and press paper on the cylinder surface.
Corrector of drying felt
This device is a manal type. The main role is to adjust the high-speed drying felt to prevent deviation.
Guide rolls for the felt
Φ156mmX1400mm, hard chrome plated.
3.5 single roll winding part
Uniaxial winding, drive motor of three-phase asynchronous torque motor. Adjustment through automatic correction device, sheet tension though inverter for constant tension adjustment.
Winding drum: Φ150(or Φ75)/1400mm, 2 set
The maximum paper roll diameter, Φ1400mm.
3.6 transmission parts
Frequency control, sectional drive, includes motors, hardened tooth surface reduction gears, couplings, gears and other transmission parts, and inverter, control cabinets etc.
The main transmission chain is composed of 2 groups of cylinders and winding part. The machine independent transmission point includes CF feeding roll, CB feeding roll and metering rod.
3.7 Walkway
Including walking platform, guardrail, ladder, ladder handrails and so on. Mounted at the operating side of the frame.
3.8 Foundation part
Including the sole plates, anchor bolts and nuts.
3.9 The paper guide roller
Paper guide roller diameter Φ130mm, surface width 1400mm, aluminum alloy, surface though white anode treatment.
3.10 Electrical, pneumatic control panel: whole set
Pneumatic control components and electrical components like PLC, inverters and motors, the joint and valve in the machine are provided.
