Shandong Liaofan Hometex is a professional and comprehensive home textile enterprise integrating production, sales and research and development. It's located in Dezhou City, Shandong Province, Decheng District, superior geographical location, convenient transportation. Our company covers an area of 5200 square meters. We have 160 employees, including 130 sewing workers and 150 sewing machines, including 120 sewing machines, 15 overlock sewing machines, 10 synchronous machines, and 5 keyhole stitching machines and knotting machines.

2.How many workers in your factory ?
---We have 150 workers in factory.

3. How does your QC control the quality?
---During production, cutter workers check each roll of fabric, when sewing , the quality department check each piece of finish product carefully.
---After packing , the finished products we will show QA to inspect before shipment for mass production.

4.Do you have any factory Audit ?
 ----Yes, we have got BSCI, SEDEX(SMETA),  WAL-MART Audit  and DISNEY FAMA .

5. Can you make customized items?
--- Yes, we provide custom service, customers only need to provide their artwork.

6. Does customized items charge extra money?
  ---Yes, we will need to make the new silk screen plate according to your design, the plate will cost some money according to your design.

7.Should I need to pay the plate cost again when we reorder next time?
 --- No, you do not need to pay for the plate again, it will be used for a long time.

8.How about sample lead time and production time?
---3-5 days for sampling, 15-30 days  for production .
