Spindle:

Adopt BBT40 direct spindle, compared with ordinary BT40 spindle, the tool swing is smaller at high speed, tool vibration is smaller, the tool-pulling force is stronger, and the combination of tool holder and the spindle is more rigid.

Adopting ceramic bearing, it has better precision, rigidity, and surface smoothness than a steel ball bearing.
The Y-axis of BF-1613V adopts a large-span inverted L-shaped design.


The center of gravity falls on the column, which reduces the cantilever length of the ram spindle and effectively improves the rigidity of the Y-axis and the cutting rigidity of the head.
