1. Aperture for 4A, 4A zeolite adsorption of water, methanol, ethanol, hydrogen sulfide, sulfur dioxide, carbon dioxide, ethylene, propylene, not any molecular adsorption diameter greater than 4A (propane), the selection of water adsorption performance is higher than any other molecules.Is the largest one of the molecular sieve varieties of industrial usage.

4A molecular sieve can be used as hot dry gas for re-gas, in re-gas purge, so that the molecular sieve removed adsorption water, regeneration and reuse.The degree of regeneration depends on the regeneration time and the temperature and humidity of the regeneration.

It is mainly used for deep drying of natural gas and various chemical gases and liquids, refrigerants, pharmaceuticals, electronic materials and materials, purification of argon, separation of methane, ethane and propane, as dehydrating agent in paints, fuels and coatings.

2. 4A molecular sieve is a sodium type aluminosilicate with a pore size of 4A (0.4nm). It could adsorb molecules whose critical diameter is not larger than its pore size.

4A molecular sieve is an alkali aluminosilicate, composed of water glass, sodium metaaluminate and caustic soda. It is processed by a series of suitable production processes such as hydrothermal synthesis, washing, and drying, with a small amount of accelerator added.

Application of 4A molecular sieve:
1. Remove carbon dioxide, ammonia and methanol from the air stream; dry the refrigerant and air in the valve;
2. Separation of methane, ethane and propane. It is used as an effective desiccant for various gases and liquids.
3. Drying and purification of hydrocarbons (such as natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas, air, inert gas, and atmosphere): For example, 4A molecular sieve can absorb trace impurities such as water, small amounts of carbon dioxide, methanol, hydrogen sulfide, and sulfur dioxide in natural gas.
