1.PE-Xa Pipes materials:
The raw material with excellent performance and stable quality is the primary condition for producing high-quality PE-Xa pipes ,at present,our special materials for producing PE-Xa pipes is the XL1800 which is from Korean manufacturer LG .Dow,Borealis,LG and Sk are our long-term material supplier partners.
2.PE-Xa Pipes Machine:
We use Machines imported from the kOREA..

4.Characteristics of PE-Xa EVOH pipes:
1). The EVOH oxygen barrier layer can effectively block oxygen from entering the pipeline system, thereby inhibiting the growth of bacteria and deposits in the pipeline, preventing the growth of dirt, and keeping the water clean.
2). The anti-diffusion layer is applied according to DIN 4726 and is controlled that the oxygen permeability is less than 0.1 g / m³. Thus, the EVOH layer prevents the penetration of oxygen, which helps to avoid corrosion of metal elements in the heating system and significantly prolongs the overall service life ...
The oxygen permeability coefficient of PEX-a / EVOH pipes is 0.1.
The oxygen permeability coefficient of conventional plastic pipes is more than 0.5.
UV resistance.
Resistant to bacteria formation.
Our PEX-a pipes are made of cross-linked polyethylene in accordance with EN ISO 15875. The PEX-a EVOH pipe pipe has an anti-diffusion layer EVOH against oxygen penetration to prevent corrosion of the system elements and and meet the requirements of DIN 4726 for oxygen impermeability.

3. Advantage of PE-Xa Pipes:
1) The penetration rate of our PE-Xa EVOH pipe with three barrier layers is <0.1g/(d.m)3 much lower than national standards;
2) Such an Anti-oxygen layer can effectively prevent oxygen from entering piping system, and protect metal fittings in the system from rapid corrosion, and ensure water quality freshly and cleanly;
3) PEX-a pipe can bear extreme temperature difference from - 20ºC to +95ºC, and keep heat conductivity coefficient be 0.4W/m.k.
4 )Having smoother inner and outer surface, much lower fluid resistance and fluid noise;
5) PE-Xa with oxygen barrier layer can make pipes be more abrasion resistant and greatly increase the service life of the pipe.
