SWE Fast High-resolution Electrophoresis Buffer Powder
Product Description
 

This product SWE fast high-resolution electrophoresis buffer (powder) is optimized from the Tris-Glycine electrophoresis buffer and is suitable for SDS-PAGE gel electrophoresis in the Tris-HCl system. Compared with the traditional Tris-Glycine electrophoresis buffer, this product does not need to adjust different voltages according to the separation gel and the concentrate gel. It can complete the whole 200-250 V constant voltage electrophoresis in about 30 minutes, which greatly saves time and has a better separation effect on small molecular proteins. The 10 kDa and 15 kDa bands in predyed protein Marker can be separated and clearly visible (gel concentration above 8%), which can achieve the function of rapid and efficient protein separation.

  
Product Usage
 

1.  Each bag of electrophoretic buffer (dry powder) is dissolved in 1000 mL pure water and can be used when fully dissolved

2.  Different concentrations of protein glue were selected for different molecular weights of proteins, as shown in the table below

1. This product is suitable for the traditional TRIS-HCl system SDS-PAGE gel, such as our products G2003, G2037, also suitable for the color gel rapid preparation kit series products G2041, G2042, G2043, G2044, G2045, G2060, G2061, G2062,G2063 G2064.

2. High voltage electrophoresis is easy to generate high heat. Please select appropriate voltage electrophoresis according to the ambient temperature.

3. This electrophoresis solution can be reused for 2-3 times, and more repeated use is not recommended.

4. For your safety and health, please wear a lab coat and disposable gloves to operate.
