This product SWE fast high-resolution electrophoresis buffer (powder) is optimized from the Tris-Glycine electrophoresis buffer and is suitable for SDS-PAGE gel electrophoresis in the Tris-HCl system. Compared with the traditional Tris-Glycine electrophoresis buffer, this product does not need to adjust different voltages according to the separation gel and the concentrate gel. It can complete the whole 200-250 V constant voltage electrophoresis in about 30 minutes, which greatly saves time and has a better separation effect on small molecular proteins. The 10 kDa and 15 kDa bands in predyed protein Marker can be separated and clearly visible (gel concentration above 8%), which can achieve the function of rapid and efficient protein separation.
