Features:
Made of premium grade 201 stainless steel, mirror polished
Glass lid with air hole, for monitoring the cooking process
Non-stick coating for poacher cups, food safety grade
Suitable for all stovetops (including induction)

Care & Maintenance Instructions:
1. Never heat up the cookware when empty and ensure that the liquid in the food does not completely evaporate. Never leave a pot or pan without attention
2. Please be careful when moving the product or lid as the handle or knobs can be very hot
3. Do not add salt until water is boiling to prevent salt stain. Better not to keep acidic foodstuffs in your cookware for a long time as the acid may react with the material
4. Wash the product by hand after use. Use a sponge or soft cloth by rinsing in hot water
