Ball mill installation:
The ball mill shall be installed on a firm concrete foundation.For basic design and construction of ball mill, please refer to ball mill assembly drawing and foundation drawing.In order to ensure that the position accuracy of the various parts of the ball mill does not change greatly in the process of use, the foundation of the ball mill should adopt the whole block structure
A ball mill can be installed on the concrete foundation after its compressive strength reaches more than 75%.Before installation, the quality of the foundation shall be inspected, and the concrete shall have no defects that affect the strength, the number and location of the reserved holes shall meet the requirements, and the reserved holes shall be free from sundry matter, water and oil.When the "ground method" is used for installation, the "center mark plate" shall be embedded on the surface of the foundation.Before installation, draw all the center lines and make eye-catching mark on the "center mark board", as the center line reference during installation.
Before hoisting, the parts of the ball mill shall be checked and accepted comprehensively, and any problems found shall be dealt with in time.
