Woven Wire Mesh - The most common and is used for general sorting, screening and filtering applications.
Welded Wire Mesh - Considered to have a smoother surface and can have larger open area and/or larger wire diameter. Intersecting wires are welded together at each junction. The welds provide more strength and rigidity to maintain a uniform cloth.

Both types of Wire Mesh can be cut, formed and fabricated into various shapes to meet particular requirements or reach specific levels of filtration.

Weaving Capabilities

Huansi operates modern computer controlled looms capable of weaving width from 2" to 600". Looms are operated by skilled weavers with combined experience of over 20 years. Most metal, precious metals and alloys can be woven. In addition we have had experience with non metallic material such as nylon, plastics, pvc, Etc.
