The capacitive pressure transmitter combines the international advanced digital technology, and uses a digital circuit to replace the analog signal amplifier circuit and A/D conversion circuit, which improves the measurement accuracy. It adopts standardized installation structure design, easy to install and use, the sensitive diaphragm has one-way overload protection capability, the maximum withstand voltage is 320bar, and it has the characteristics of high reliability and good long-term stability. Capacitive pressure transmitters are divided into gauge pressure type, absolute pressure type and differential pressure type.
The capacitive transmitter has built-in high-performance digital circuits, carefully designed for radio frequency, electromagnetic interference, and surge voltage conditions. It has the characteristics of strong anti-interference ability, wide power supply range, and polarity protection, and conforms to IEC, CE (EMC) standard. Anti-radio frequency and electromagnetic interference; the intelligent digital temperature compensation circuit stores the calibration value corresponding to the temperature change in the chip, and can automatically compensate when the sensor is affected by temperature, which solves the temperature drift phenomenon of the sensor and improves the measurement accuracy and environmental adaptability of the sensor.
