We have a Professional Research and Development group with 10 people. They are all graduated from the famous university in China and with Bachelor Degree or Master Degree. They get well known with the customers requirements and design a good quality goods for customers.

Clients: Are you trading company or manufacturer?

Clients: What files do you need for a wire harness Assembly or customized quotation?
ABT: Drawing, or component type number#, specifications or physical sample, Equipped with professional equipment, technicians & skilled employees, OEM & customized service are welcome. 

Clients: What about your target market ?
ABT: We offer open quotation with BOM and process for you double check, if you think any components or process are high price than your supplier or standard field, we would follow your current supplier way, core value work with you high quality ,reasonable price, quick response.

Clients: What's the order procedure? 
ABT: First we discuss order details, production details by email or Phone call. Then we issue you a PI for your confirmation. For old customer, you will be requested to do pre-paid full payment or deposit advanced payment before we go into production. After we get the deposit, we start to process the order. Before production has been finished, we will contact you for shipment details & balance payment.  After balance payment is settled, we'll prepare the shipment immediately. For new customer, 100% T/T before production.

Clients: How can I get a sample?
ABT: Please send us your drawing and specification, then we will arrange the sample, we will charge the sample cost to the customer.

Clients: How about your lead time?
ABT: Generally it is 7-10 days if the goods are in stock, or 15-25 days if the goods are not in stock. It depends on order quantity.

Clients: Are these products quality assured? 
ABT: All of our products are certified, We have UL, CSA, ISO9001, ISO14001,ITAF16949. Our Supplier are strictly selected. We have strict QC, all products are 100% tested before delivery. 

Clients: Do you have enough capacity?
ABT: Our factory have about 30% spare capacity, your order will be accomplished in time.
