Flexibond 8101T is a two-component structural sealing MS polymer, which has excellent elongation, high bonding strength, and very good aging resistance under high temperature and humidity. 8101T is primer-less, has very good adhesion to various metal and non metal materials. It contains no volatile solvents, with non-sagging, moderate viscosity, fast curing and bonding effect. It also has good resistance for high temperature in short time, especially suits the needs for electronic coating processing.

ADVANTAGES
Flexibond 8101T can be used for various metal and non metal materials bonding such as iron, aluminum, galvanized sheet, glass, fiberglass, PC, MSC, ABS, PVC etc. It can resist with 180ºC backing, in short time up to 230ºC. If used with our primer, it also can be used bonding with PE, PP.

APPLICATION
The substrates should be clean and dry and of no grease, dust, or other contaminations. The substrates can be cleaned by alcohol or acetone. Polish is recommended if with aluminum and other difficult adhesion materials.
 
  1. Put the cartridge into the manual or pneumatic applicator gun.
  2. Remove the stopper at the top the cartridge, and screw the extrusion-type nozzle, and then cut the nozzle into a suitable shape and size according to your need.
  3. Start the applicator gun and give up the sealant  for the first 20cm, then apply to the substrates or the place for sealing.
  4. Substrates have been coated with adhesive should be pressed within application time, ensure the fully coating of substrate, or the adhesion strength will be affected. Two or more workers are recommended
  5. Replace with new nozzle If stop extrusion more than application time, make sure smooth processing
  6. After application, put back the stopper with the left sealants, screw tight, sealing well
  7. Must use with primer before application


CLEANING
Recommended Cleaner: Acetone, butanone.
