At manufactuer of Tanglian,clamped or flanged-top reactors designed with a removable top head for today's cleanability demands.

This tyle of glass lined reactor is designed with separable cover and body. The cover is fastened to the body using clamps, with gaskets between them.

 

BE glass lined kettle|kettles

closed-welded reactors without a large main opening for higher pressure ratings.

This type of reactor comes with a one-piece design that cover and body cann't be separated. Due to that, a manhole has to be designed on the head of the reactor to make it easy for operators to enter the kettle to carry out maintenance and parts replacement.
