This vulcanizing machine is used for vulcanizing all kinds of rubber and plastic model products, and non-model products.


XLB-D2000X1600X2/1300TON PLATEN VULCANIZATION PRESS
Total pressure: 1300 Ton.
Plate size: 2000x1600x80mm (LxWxH), plate materials: Q235A steel board.
Plate pressure: 4.1Mpa.
Cross beam is welded by Q235A steel board, by heating treatment to eliminate stress.
Daylight opening: 1000mm, three plates two opening, each layer daylight is 500mm.
Heating type: Electric heating
Each layer hot plate is equipped with 18 pcs Heating pipe, 2KW/pcs.
So the power of each layer is 18x2KW=36KW,
3 layer plate total power is 3x36KW=108KW

Insulation board: 1" thick insulation board (no asbestos)
Hydraulic cylinder: 4sets, the cylinder is made of cast steel of ZG35#.
Diameter of piston: 450mm the piston is made of chilled cast iron, the hardness of surface is approx 60-70HS.
Stroke of piston: 1000mm, up action.
Construction of machine: Frame type.
Moving platform is welded by Q235A steel boards, by heating treatment to eliminate stress.
