• 1. Can you provide SGS certificate?---- Yes.
• 2. What is the production time after order confirmation?---- Around 5-25 days depend different kinds of machines.
• 3. Can your company handle shipping for customers?---- Yes.( Please provide us with your destination port or airport, we will check the shipping cost and arrange shipping for you )
• 4. Is the packing strong?-- Yes, most of our exporting package of machines are strong wooden Case, some small machines are packed with strong corrugated color boxes.
• 5. Are you a manufacturer?---- Yes, we are a manufacturer with more than 15 years experience in this industry.
• 6. What is the minimum order quantity?---- Usually 1pc trial order is acceptable, we develop business with customers step by step with good quality and excellent services.
• 7. Do you have some machines in stock ?--- Usually we have a small stock, please inquiry us if you want fast delivery.
• 8. How about your quality control system? ---- We inspect every accessory before assembling, each step of production will be inspection by QC department and QA inspection before shipment.
• 9. What's the payment term?----T/T, western union etc., 30% deposit after order confirmation, 70% balance will be paied  before shipment.
