ND-ZB-3G single flyer winding machine is special designed for winding odd slots armature. It is applicable for slot and hook commutator.

Working principle:
By 1 PC 3 phase asynchronous motor control, the flyer will rotate forward and reverse alternately. While the machine running, the rotor is fixed by winding tool and clamping device, the wire go through wire release and tightening device into sleeve to guiding wheel, then insert to wire slot, so that keep the coils to be in the rotor.
Machine operation is controlled by PLC, its automatic indexing is driven by servo system and MITSUBISHI stepless speed regulator obtains full function to convenient operator.
The fixture loading takes use of cylinder and working table concerning.
Counting signal is supervised by hall sensor.
