Description:
Stator Winding Pre-forming Machine is driven by hydraulic system; PLC programming; tooling expansion slice makes the first coli and inter-phase insulation paper in slot adjacent, leaving enough space for second insertion and ensurethe quality of successive coil insertion; apply to multi-layer stator winding insertion.
 
Applications: 
After inserting the first winding, use this machine to form the winding into specified dimension, so that the next winding inserting could be easier and convenient. It is used for stator which meet the specification of below.
