Sand reclamation line

1.Applications

Quality of core sand and moulding sand directly affects quality of casting production and improvement of capacity and decreasing of cost. Due to complexity of sand preparation processing, heavy workloading of clay sand treatment and transportation and bad working environment , so mechanization of sand treatment processing is an important part of casting production. The main task of the sand treatment department is to provide molding core engineering department with qualified sand and core sand.

2.Working Process

The Green Sand Mechanized Production Line is an eddy centrifugal mechanical regeneration device.
