♦ High grinding accuracy.
The machine is controlled by seven-axis servo motor, and the industry top linear guide rail is selected. Therefore, the overall rigidity and repetition accuracy are well guaranteed, thus improving the accuracy and roughness of the saw blade.
♦ Computerized Numerical Control System and Touch Screen
This machine adopts the top PLC in the industry, which can reasonably design the operation interface and tooth shape. Customers can design the ideal tooth shape according to their own actual requirements, which can be processed at one time; the operation interface is touch screen operation, whether angle adjustment or feed setting, or tooth shape selection are all operated in the touch screen, thus simplifying the operation steps and improving the working efficiency. It has the function of automatic compensation and tooth skipping, which can realize automatic compensation and tooth skipping, so that customers don't have to worry about unequal pitch and grinding wheel loss;

After debugging, the machine can automatically load and unload saw blade with robot arm, and one person can operate 6-20 sets at the same time. In high efficiency mode, it can achieve 5-20s/T grinding speed (grinding speed and feed finger speed can be set according to customer requirements).
