Product introduction:

DMEM/High Glucose, or DMEM (Dulbecco's Modified Eagle Medium), is an improved medium based on MEM and has been widely used in the cultivation of various cells. DMEM high-sugar medium is generally used for cells that grow fast and have low adhesion. It can be used for the cultivation of a variety of mammalian primary cells, such as primary fibroblasts, nerve cells, glial cells, HUVEC, smooth muscle cells, etc., and can also be used for the cultivation of some cell lines, such as Hela, 293, Cos- 7 and PC-12 etc.

This product contains amino acids, vitamins, inorganic salts and other ingredients required for cell culture. It does not contain protein or growth factors. It is necessary to add 5-10% serum or serum-free additives according to the cell type.

This product is sterilized by filtration through a 0.1 μm filter membrane, pH 7.0-7.4, contains 25 mM D-glucose, contains penol red indicator, does not add L-glutamine and sodium pyruvate, and does not contain HEPES buffer system.
