Sleeve heads help to fill, shape, and stabilize the shoulders of jacket/suit/dust coat etc.. This small addition can take any clothes from ordinary to stunning in a small amount of cost and time. A sleeve head prevents a sleeve cap from drooping over the upper arm and creates a smooth and graceful line from the garment's shoulder to the sleeve.

We have two different wadding for sleeve heads.
First, pure needle punched nonwoven fleece, light and middle weight. It could be from 60gsm to 150gsm, regular ones are from 80gsm to 120gsm. Light fleece for light fabric clothes.
The other one is needle punched nonwoven laminated with a 1.5-2mm thickness sponge/foam. Sponge/foam will make the piece more plump and resilient. For it's 2 materials laminated, make the cost higher. If cost is not your only concern, it's a better choice we believe.
