Plastic Dryer with CE Approval
Moisture content of the end product is an important criterion of PET recycling, and rate of mechanical drying directly affects the quality of product as well as energy consumption during the recycling process. Dryer is used to separate water through centrifugal dewatering. Material fed into the dryer through inlet. Water will be removed by centrifugal force and material will be moved and forward by rotor paddles. The last section of shaft is a blower-like design which can transport material to next process. The water is thrown out through the sieve, collecting in drainage holes at the bottom of the dewatering machine and outflow.
The flakes moisture rate will be reduced to 2~3%,if the heat exchanger is supplemented afterwards, the moisture rate can be further reduced. For the downstream applications, such as polyester staple fiber and POY filament, it is enough to meet the market demands. Specially designed shaft and anti-block screen to reach the highest capacity, minimal moisture content, the lowest breakdown rate and simpler maintenance.The new model of dryer with a step-type shaft design, which is useful to separate water, and at the same time it has cleaning function on the PET flakes.

Dewatering Section
De-watering process is running by high-speed mechanical centrifugal force, the moisture content of the flakes will be reduced to be less than 1%. If the heat-exchange air drying is supplemented later, the moisture rate of the flakes will be further reduced to be less than 0.7%.

Q:How do you assistant to install the machine on worksite?
A: Normally, we send our engineer(s) to supervise the installation and commissioning. The buyer need to prepare the operation staff to implement it. BORETECH is able to send mechanical engineer, electrical engineer and operation engineer. The operation engineer is to help the buyer's labors to know how to operate the washing line and get the best efficiency.
Q:What do you guarantee on China local brand for bearing and gearbox?
A:For mechanical parts, our guarantee duration is 12 months. If the part is broken within this period, we will send the spare parts immediately to the client for repairing.
Q:Can I use machine with different color?
A: Normally we suggest you paint our standard color , but we can supply customization paint service by paid.
Q:What about packaging and transshipment?
A: It depends on capacity and equipment selection. For example, the line with 3 ton/h input capacity, there will be 15x40'HQ containers from China, and 1x40'HQ container from Taiwan. The crusher and crusher blade are made in Taiwan with excellent quality. For some special case, if the client requests the batch type bottle prewashing machine, we will need one flat rack for loading that.
Q:What is the delivery of the line?
A: 3~4 months after receipt of the down payment and L/C.
Q: How far is your factory from Shanghai?
A: It takes 1~1.5 hours from Shanghai airport to Boretech according to traffic situation.
