GZP-370 series high speed tablet press machine is rotary type tablet press,press various granule shape material to tablet by a pair of pre press rollers and a pair of main press rollers.

1.1  Requirements for granule
·  Granule size:12~60 mesh,good compressibility and fluidity;
·  Starch combing tablet: homogeneous granule, not moist and granules larger than 60 meshes not exceeding 1/3 of the total;
·  Granule of Traditional Chinese medicine: Pure extract, semi-extract and crude powder granules not moist, good fluidity.
1.2 Dry powder
Suitable for pressing powder directly. Powder to be pressed should have compressibility and fluidity.
 
1.3 Tablet shape
Can press ordinary round tablet, irregular shape tablet, double sides lettering tablet, and single side lettering, etc..
1.4 Power supply and storage requirement
Power supply: 380V, 50Hz, three-phase five-wire system, no mutual interference between N wire and PE wire.
