This is the smallest production line for gummy candy new designed compact gummy machine was made for a pharmacy company we realized this is a new available small commercial machine for new confectionery investors the whole production line at most 6 meters at length, so a room of 6m length is enough and only 100pcs moulds required for this line.
 
The processing line is an advanced and continuous plant for making different sizes of gelatin-type soft candies. It is an ideal equipment which can produce out good quality products with the saving of both the manpower and the space occupied.

1.Product production is completed, by the quality inspection department to check 
2.After inspection qualified, clean for whole machine 
3.Packing: 
a. Inside the machine put desiccant
b. Add 6 cm thick foam plate around the machine, Then, winding stretch film for reinforcement, and combined with bubble wrapc. On wood packaging on the outside of the machine, then use metal reinforcement with steel

Installation Instructions
Testing & training:
The plant layout design, assembling and installation, start-up and local team training will be FREE of charge. But if the machine is exported, the buyer should be responsible for the round-trip tickets, local transportation, board & lodging and US$40.-/day/person should be paid to our technicians. Normally, there needs to be 2 engineers. It will cost 15 days to finish the installation and testing.
