RIGID PU FOAM FOR IMITATION WOOD
PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
SD2702 is suitable for the usage of high density rigid PU foam, which can be used for the field of imitation wood, blocks and so on. When it combined with isocyanate(PM-200) leads to the formation of rigid polyurethane foam by using PU injection machine or handwork. The foam formed has the characteristics as following:
 
  1. Low quantity, high strength of the products
  2. It is suitable for the complex mold.

STORAGE RECOMMENDATIONS:
The blend polyol should be stored in the sealed container to avoid the absorption of water vapor. During the transportation, it should avoid serious shake and strong sunlight. It should be stored in ventilated place, avoiding light, water and fire.
Recommended storage temperature is 15~25ºC.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS:
Direct contact with SD2702 type blend polyol can lead to moderate eye irritation and mild skin irritation, which can cause skin allergies. Repeated inhalation of high concentration of volatile gas will cause respiratory allergy, and should be treated immediately. Anti- inflammatory and anti-allergic treatment measures should be taken.
Please be careful in the operation to prevent contact with the skin and splash into the eye, please wear the necessary protective equipment (gloves, protective goggles, working clothes, etc.).
Once splashed on the skin or the eye, rinse with water immediately for at least 15 minutes, and the skin is washed with soapy water. Please seek medical treatment immediately after swallowed.
