GENERAL FLAME RETARDANT FOAM FOR CONTINUOUS SANDWICH PANEL
PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
SD3232 is a kind of blend polyol used for the continuous line, color steel sandwich panel general flame retardant rigid PU foam. It is widely used for the production of cold storage sandwich panel, building roof panel, factory out wall panel, door panel and so on. When it combined with isocyanate leads to the formation of rigid polyurethane foam of color steel sandwich panel by using PU foaming machine and laminating plant. The foam formed has the characteristics as following:
  1. Low ODP.
  2. It has a good bonding effect with the steel.
  3. The low thermal conductivity, low water absorption and good dimensional stability.
  4. Long service life.

PACKING SPECIFICATION
220KGS/drum, blue paint or zinc coating drums (Drum Weight: 18-23kg)

STORAGE RECOMMENDATIONS:
The blend polyol should be stored in the sealed container to avoid the absorption of water vapor. During the transportation, it should avoid serious shake and strong sunlight. It should be stored in ventilated place, avoiding light, water and fire.
Recommended storage temperature is 15~25ºC.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS:
Direct contact with SD2702 type blend polyol can lead to moderate eye irritation and mild skin irritation, which can cause skin allergies. Repeated inhalation of high concentration of volatile gas will cause respiratory allergy, and should be treated immediately. Anti- inflammatory and anti-allergic treatment measures should be taken.
Please be careful in the operation to prevent contact with the skin and splash into the eye, please wear the necessary protective equipment (gloves, protective goggles, working clothes, etc.).
Once splashed on the skin or the eye, rinse with water immediately for at least 15 minutes, and the skin is washed with soapy water. Please seek medical treatment immediately after swallowed.
