Dry-type transformer has the advantages of strong short-circuit resistance, small maintenance work, high operation efficiency, small volume and low noise, it is often used in places with high performance requirements such as fire protection and explosion-proof.

4. Good heat dissipation performance, strong overload capacity, and capacity operation can be improved when forced air cooling;
5. Good moisture-proof performance, suitable for operation in high humidity and other harsh environment;
6. Dry type transformer can be equipped with perfect temperature detection and protection system. The intelligent signal temperature control system is adopted, which can automatically detect and display the working temperature of three-phase winding, automatically start and stop the fan, and has alarm, trip and other function settings;
7. Small size, light weight, less floor space and low installation cost.
Iron core
High quality cold-rolled grain oriented silicon steel sheet and 45 degree full oblique joint are adopted for iron core silicon steel sheet to make the magnetic flux pass along the joint direction of silicon steel sheet.
Winding form
(1) winding;
(2) filling and pouring with epoxy resin and quartz sand;
(3) glass fiber reinforced epoxy resin pouring (i.e. thin insulation structure);
(4) multi strand glass fiber impregnated epoxy resin winding type (generally 3, because it can effectively prevent the resin from cracking and improve the reliability of the equipment).
High voltage winding
Generally, multi-layer cylinder or multi-layer segmented structure is adopted.

8. Cooling mode: natural air cooling or automatic temperature control;
9. Noise coefficient: ≤ 30dB.
