This high quality pressure switch has been developed for applications in confined Spaces with high safety requirements. A major advantage of the mechanical pressure switch is that no external power supply is required during the switching process. In production, the switches are tracked and recorded by quality management software at every step and are 100% tested after the finished product.
 
The shell of the product is made of aluminum alloy or 316 stainless steel, which is strong and durable, and can withstand the harsh and corrosive operating conditions of the process industry, with a range of up to 100 MPa. If necessary, open the switch housing to adjust the set point. The electrical connection of the terminals is protected by a threaded cover with a threaded lock to prevent unauthorized operation.
 
To ensure maximum flexibility of operation, the pressure switch is equipped with miniature switches that can directly switch electrical loads up to 15 A/AC 220V.
 
Users can choose different electrical contact types and electrical joints according to the actual application conditions. For example, the sealed microswitch is suitable for corrosive conditions, and the DPDT type is suitable for two separate circuits.
 
The PCS pressure switch has a diaphragm element with a reaction spring, which is rugged and provides excellent operating characteristics. For safety applications, mechanical pressure switches are available in either SIL 2 or SIL 3 standard versions
